In Druk Amitabha Mountain we had a long life puja for Holiness sponsored by the Drukpa Vietnam sanga. We all did Drakpo Kilaya and Tsepagmed Thowa Lamang pujas and we had a short spiritual dance we
made big chodpas (spiritual offering cakes) we made chodpa and placed it in the temple and did pujas so that all the negativities and obstacles go in to the chodpa and stay there.
Then we took the chodpa and burnt it in a special fire to dispel these things.There was another spiritual dance which is known as Khando Denga(the five families of dakinis) those are Vajra dakini to the east, Ratna dakini to the south, Padma dakini to the west, Karma dakini to the north and the last is Buddha dakini to the centre and they the five colour chodpas(spiritual offering cakes). We also had a huge delicious cake which was having the Drukpa logo on it.
There was the Mandala offering by Khamtrul Rinpoche, the Vietnamese, the nuns and other devotees, that happened very nicely. From the depth of our hearts on the behalf of all the Drukpa members we would like to thank Drukpa Vietnam for their support and maintenance.
