New Year is a hope of a day. it brings lots of fun and joy. It begins a new way to do in our life. New Year is a day to learn and so something in our life. It has 12 months and 36 weeks. This time all the people in the world, they have some wishes and dreams to fulfill. That time we forget past year and welcome the new coming year and celebrate. And we start a new life to live happily.
Dear Friends, I am a nun of Druk Amitabha Mountain. This is a small message for you all. "Don't Use Poly Bag". As you all know that poly bags are very harmful for all sentient being and environment. We usually throw our left over eatables in plastic bags and animals try to eat it which causes their death. We all know and care understand, whenever we burn plastic bags it doesn't burn properly that’s why it's too harmful for sentient beings and environment. The only reason why we use Poly bags is because we can carry our things in it. But actually it destroys our life. They don't want to die. Some people those who have bad ideas they kill animals. We all know how life is precious for all. As we know that we are Buddhist and we have to help sentient beings, not giving harm and destroy their life. "THINK" . Animals always help us in all situations but unlucklily we always give harm to them. Try your best and use less poly bags and try to give love to them and do not punish them. Try to grow compassion in you. Even during the pilgrimage His Holiness us to collect up all the poly bags and bottles. So we must stop poly bags and try to save their lives. So this is like an advice for you all. Please please please try to use less poly bags. As much as possible and keep clean surrounding. ~ Jigme Migyur Palmo

I think that it may bring happiness and joyful efforts to me but we never know when we'll die. When a year goes, we lose one year of our life. We get closer to death so why do we celebrate it.
