Kungfu practice helps us to strengthen our body and also to make us more confident. Despite our busy schedule, we try to find time to practice Kungfu at least one hour everyday.

It not only teaches us self-defense, but also helps us develop important mental, social, emotional and behavioral skills such as memorization, concentration, discipline, self-esteem, perserverance, respect for others and healthy living habits.
