The truck, donated by Paul Thong of Thong family in Malaysia, to carry water and food supplies

We would like to extend our appreciation to the Thong family for the donation of a truck that will help us bring water up to Druk Amitabha Mountain. We would also like to thank the Humanitarian Activities group in France for helping towards the building of the water tank.

We are actually in need of a few tanks to provide enough water for an increasing population, but at least one is now almost finished. In the long term, we are hoping to get further support to expand our capacity for water storage and thus benefit the practitioners in Druk Amitabha Mountain and of course, if possible, the rest of the population there.

The development of the nun's living quarters is under way. We are looking forward to its completion, as we are a bit cramped in the limited space available at the moment. Although we don't mind the restricted space, many of us are getting ill from being physically too close to each other and it is easy for diseases to spread among us.

Despite this particular problem we are as usual, filled with joy and wonder for our good fortune. We are preparing to enter retreat and are at the moment busy learning the preparation and conduction of the different ritual practices and Chams (traditional mask dances) and also practicing how to play the various instruments used during these practices.

The Clinic project is also progressing very well! Thanks to the support and sponsorship. Once the building is completed, we would have to think about the necessary fittings and supplies for it. This project will bring great benefit to all the community around Druk Amitabha Mountain.

We recently got back from Ladakh after having successfully celebrated the 800 years of the Lineage, we were happy to be part of the practicing groups supporting the celebration. It was a great blessing for all of us to be given such a rare opportunity to celebrate together with our Master and other friends.

Whatever virtuous activities we do we dedicate the merit to the benefit of all beings and for the Happiness of all!. This is the thought we try to keep with us day and night.

We hope we will never miss our way in the Bodhisattva path, and if we ever make any mistakes, intentionally or accidentally, we remind each other to quickly purify them. This is what our Master teaches us.
